Supply Of Manufactured Vehicles And Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of manufactured vehicles and accessories through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders registered on BPPRA Electronic Public Procurement System. Procurement includes vehicle parts and accessories which must be genuine and supplied by authorized vehicle parts manufacturing companies with valid NTN and Sales Tax registration. Eligibility requirements include three similar assignments worth 6600000 PKR in previous three years turnover of at least 6600000 PKR in three subsequent years active taxpayer status sales tax registration audit reports for years 2023 2024 and 2025 and affidavit on stamp paper confirming authenticity of bid information. Joint ventures are permissible. Bid security of 2 percent in shape of Deposit at Call from scheduled bank is mandatory. All bidding documents are available online through BPPRA portal and bids must be submitted electronically only. Pro Tip: Upload all mandatory audit reports tax certificates and notarized affidavit carefully because incomplete or forged documents will lead to blacklisting and forfeiture of guarantee.
