Human Resource Outsourcing Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Selection of human resource outsourcing service provider for provision of qualified and skilled human resources to support e-governance software applications Government to Government and Government to Citizens services. Sealed bids are invited from reputed firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on Active Taxpayers List of Federal Board of Revenue. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and conditions are available free of cost through NITB and PPRA websites and bids may be submitted electronically through EPADS. Technical bids will be opened on same day after submission deadline and bids received after deadline or through email or fax shall not be accepted. Online bidders must submit original bid security before submission deadline. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids or annul the process without liability. Pro Tip: Complete EPADS registration in advance and ensure original bid security reaches office before electronic submission deadline.
