Infrastructure Improvement And Street Lighting Works Tender Notice
Description
Improvement of basic infrastructure including street lights drinking water supply schemes street pavements drains culverts and infrastructure development in Regi Sufaid Dheri Malakander Hayatabad and University Town areas of Peshawar through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure based on MRS 2025 and non-MRS items. Eligible government contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and enlisted with C&W Department under centralized enlistment policy may participate. Technical and financial bids are required through EPADS while financial proposals must also be submitted physically through courier before deadline. Technical proposals shall be evaluated according to criteria mentioned in solicitation documents and only technically responsive firms shall qualify for financial opening. Bid security in shape of call deposit equal to 2 percent is mandatory. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days and additional securities shall apply according to KPPRA notifications for below-estimate bids. Pro Tip: Submit properly numbered technical proposals with table of contents and ensure courier delivery of financial bids before closing time to avoid disqualification.
