Procurement Of Ambulances And Public Health Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of ambulances ice lined refrigerators infrared thermo scanners rapid food and water testing equipment office equipment and public health response equipment supplies under PSDP project Strengthening Points of Entry and Border Health Services Pakistan. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2004. Eligible manufacturers importers authorized dealers and distributors may participate through EPADS and physical submission. Technical bids shall be opened in presence of bidders while financial bids of technically responsive firms shall be opened subsequently after evaluation. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms are available on EPADS and PPRA websites. Procurement shall remain subject to availability and release of PSDP funds for financial year 2026-27. Pro Tip: Submit both EPADS and hard copy bids before respective deadlines because incomplete submissions may result in disqualification.
