Procurement Of Coffin Carrier Bus Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of coffin carrier bus through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Sealed tenders are invited from reputable firms registered with EPADS Income Tax Department Sindh Revenue Board and appearing on Active Taxpayer List. Tender documents containing complete specifications terms and conditions may be obtained from procurement office against payment of non-refundable tender fee or downloaded from authority websites. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals separately along with fixed refundable bid security of Rs. 1000000 in shape of pay order issued by scheduled bank having minimum AA rating located in Karachi. Only technical proposals shall be opened initially while financial proposals of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later. EPADS submission is mandatory and tenders without bid security or received after deadline shall be rejected. Pro Tip: Ensure bid security is issued by eligible scheduled bank and submit both EPADS and physical proposals before submission deadline to maintain responsiveness.
