Request for expression of interest for hiring consulting firms to conduct WATSAN consumer surveys land use surveys and building plan assessments under Punjab Inclusive Cities Program. Consultancy assignments cover multiple cities across Punjab with three separate packages and estimated costs up to Rs 67 million. Services include GIS database preparation for water sewerage tariffs land use verification and building plan approvals. Consultants may apply for one or more packages with separate envelopes and must comply with World Bank procurement regulations.
