Procurement Of Office Equipment And Printers Tender Notice
Description
Procure desktop computers laptops printers scanners copiers three in one photocopiers projectors and color printers for headquarters and field formations under PSDP project activities to strengthen operational and administrative capacity. Procurement will be conducted through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Sealed bids are invited from eligible manufacturers importers and authorized dealers. Detailed specifications warranty requirements eligibility criteria and deployment details are available on EPADS and PPRA portals. Bid security amounting to PKR 1035000 is mandatory and bid validity shall remain valid for 90 days. Bid opening will take place at 03:00 PM after submission deadline. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules 2004.
