Renovation And Interior Refurbishment Works Tender Notice
Description
Carry out renovation and interior refurbishment works for office premises including demolition electrical works modular furniture installation office finishing works and related civil activities at Kohsar Block Islamabad. Procurement will be conducted electronically through e-PADS under Single Stage-One Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules. Eligible firms registered with SECP FBR and relevant authorities are invited to participate. Bid security amounting to PKR 2500000 is mandatory and bid validity shall remain valid for 90 days. Electronic bids must be submitted before prescribed deadline and opening will take place at 12:30 PM. Pro Tip: Ensure registration certificates technical proposals and work methodology documents are complete before submission.
