Supply Of Staff Uniforms Tender Notice
Description
Supply of uniforms for Hassan Town Sub Division WASA Hafizabad through e-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible contractors firms and companies registered on e-PADS having PEC license category C-5 or above with specialization code CE-10 and active FBR and PRA registration are invited to participate. Procurement documents containing detailed requirements terms and conditions are available on Punjab eprocure and PPRA websites. Electronic bids must be submitted through e-PADS and hard copies shall not be accepted. Bid security amounting to PKR 74000 equivalent to 5 percent of estimated cost must be uploaded in soft form and original submitted before opening deadline otherwise bids shall be rejected. Conditional bids and percentage based quotations shall not be accepted and bids must remain valid for 120 days. Bid opening will take place at 01:30 AM on the same day of submission deadline. Pro Tip: Ensure item wise BOQ rates active filer certificates and original bid security are submitted before opening.
