Construction And Repair Development Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction and repair development works including soling drains re-tuff tile PCC earth filling khaka kerry manhole covers slabs and Moharram routes development schemes for Municipal Committee Garh Maharaja through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using E-PADS E-Tendering system. Registered contractors firms and manufacturers registered with PPRA and E-PADS are eligible to participate and must submit bid security in the form of CDR or pay order equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in favor of Municipal Committee Garh Maharaja. Original CDR must be submitted before closing time otherwise bids shall be considered non responsive. Contractors quoting rates more than 5 percent below estimated cost shall deposit additional quality assurance security. Procuring agency may reject all bids prior to approval and successful contractors must execute agreement on stamp paper within seven days of acceptance. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM on the same day of submission deadline. Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS registration original bid security and complete tender documentation before submission.
