Upgradation Of Secondary Healthcare Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Construction and upgradation works for leftover secondary healthcare facilities at THQ Quaidabad and THQ Naushera District Khushab through PPRA E-Tendering System on item rate basis. Engineering firms and contractors having valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in relevant category and codes may participate. Contractors are required to upload scanned copy of CDR amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in favour of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Khushab and submit original CDR before opening of bids. Estimated project cost is Rs. 315.154 million with earnest money amounting to Rs. 15,757,700. Successful bidder shall furnish 10 percent performance guarantee within 15 days. Incomplete financial bids blank BOQs and non-responsive submissions shall not be accepted. Bids shall be opened in presence of Tender Opening Committee at Commissioner Sargodha Division Sargodha. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Contractors should completely fill all BOQ and rate analysis pages and ensure proper EPADS submission to remain eligible for evaluation.
