Maintenance And Repair Of Main Roads Tender Notice
Description
Maintenance and repair works for Main Road to PWD Colony in District Sargodha through PPRA E-Tendering System under Punjab Highways Department Communication and Works. Engineering firms and contractors having valid renewed Pakistan Engineering Council license for financial year 2025-26 in relevant category and codes are eligible to participate. Contractors are required to upload bid security only in the form of CDR amounting to 5 percent of estimated DNIT cost in favour of Executive Engineer Highways Division Sargodha and submit original CDR before opening of bids otherwise bids shall be treated as non-responsive. Lowest evaluated bidder shall furnish 10 percent performance guarantee within 15 days in approved financial instruments. Bidders must quote item rates against each BOQ item and percentage bids above or below estimated cost shall not be accepted. Rigid pavement work shall be executed using concrete batching plant and paving machine while surfacing works shall be completed through mechanized systems. Estimated DNIT cost for each maintenance scheme is Rs. 1.292 million with earnest money Rs. 0.065 million.
