Description
Repair and maintenance works at Lahore Development Authority office buildings and Expo Center Road Johar Town Lahore through Single Stage One Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Works include repair and maintenance of air conditioners installed at Block 4 and 5 and Block 3 of LDA Office Building installation of CCTV cameras at Day Care Center and repair maintenance of Expo Center Road from Abdul Haq Road to Canal Bank Road. Contractors registered on EPADS with valid PEC category C-6 and above active NTN and PNTN may participate. Estimated costs range from Rs.874,749 to Rs.4,765,436 with bid security amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost. Bids are required through EPADS only along with original bid security instruments in favour of Lahore Development Authority.
