Uniform And Protective Clothing Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply and procurement of uniform and protective clothing for Sessions Courts Mianwali through EPADS procurement system under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Authorized firms distributors and suppliers registered with EPADS Sales Tax and Income Tax departments may participate. Procurement includes grey pants white shirts green ties judiciary monogram coats belts gowns khaki safari suits and leather shoes for male female and Class-IV staff. Bids shall be submitted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure with refundable bid security equal to 5 percent of bid value in favour of District and Sessions Judge Mianwali. Successful supplier shall deposit additional 10 percent performance guarantee and 0.25 percent stamp duty. Warranty period for supplied items must not be less than one year.
