Purchase of office furniture items including office tables computer tables sofa sets office chairs cane knitted and poshish chairs computer revolving chairs side racks book racks wooden benches and central tables for fiscal year 2025-26 through open competitive bidding. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through E-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulation 2022. Single stage one envelope bidding procedure shall be followed. E-bids must be submitted online with original 3% bid security in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee or Pay Order submitted physically before deadline. Successful bidder shall deposit 6% performance guarantee. Income tax sales tax registration certificates and required technical documents must be attached with bids. Applicable taxes shall be deducted as per government rules and bids shall remain valid till 30-06-2026. Pro Tip: Suppliers providing complete tax registration documents and properly secured financial instruments can improve eligibility during technical evaluation.
