Hiring Photocopy Services For Judicial Documents Tender Notice
Description
Annual contract for hiring services for preparing photocopies of judicial and official documents with paper for financial year 2026-27 up to 30-06-2027. E-bids are invited from financially sound firms having previous relevant experience and registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Rates shall be inclusive of GST and PST and remain valid for 180 days. Bids must be submitted electronically along with 2% bid security in the form of CDR Bank Guarantee or Pay Order submitted physically one hour before bid submission deadline. Successful bidder shall deposit 10% performance guarantee for contract execution. Tender documents are available free of cost on EPADS PPRA and court websites.
