Purchase Of Office Furniture Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of office furniture items including office tables computer tables C-tables for lawyers side racks book racks litigant benches sofa sets revolving chairs office poshish chairs presiding chairs center tables and computer chairs for Sessions Courts District Narowal during financial year 2025-2026. E-bids are invited from reputed firms manufacturers distributors dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through single stage one envelope procedure. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS with bid validity of 120 days inclusive of applicable taxes. Original 5% bid security in shape of CDR from scheduled bank and affidavit certifying non blacklisting must be submitted physically before submission deadline in addition to uploaded soft copies. Successful bidder shall deposit 10% performance guarantee. Delivery of items shall be made at specified locations and procurement shall be governed under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
