Construction Supply And Pump Procurement Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction and supply works including establishment of complaint center building at Tanki Chowk supplying of manhole covers frames cement bricks sand and procurement of non-clogging submersible sullage pumps for WASA Sahiwal. Electronic bids are invited through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure from contractors and firms enlisted with EPADS holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council licenses and active NTN PNTN and GST registration. Bid security in shape of CDR generated from firm account must be submitted physically before closing hours otherwise bids shall be treated as non responsive. Detailed bidding documents including BOQ and technical criteria are available on EPADS. No manual bids shall be accepted and conditional bids shall be rejected. Additional performance security and quality assurance security shall apply to abnormally low bids as per PEC and Finance Department instructions. Procurement shall follow prevailing PPRA Rules and applicable taxes shall be paid by contractors. Pro Tip: Contractors uploading readable PDF bids with valid EPADS registration and compliant financial securities can avoid rejection in infrastructure and utility procurement.
