Remodeling And Protection Of Flood Bund Tender Notice
Description
Remodeling and protection works for critical reaches of Thatta Mahla and Jhang Flood Bund under ADP project through EPADS on item rate basis according to first bi annual market rate system 2026. Procurement is open to engineering firms and contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council with CE-04 specialization and minimum C-3 category registered with PPRA. Single stage single envelope bidding procedure shall be followed under PPRA Rules 2014. Contractors must upload bid security preferably in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR and submit original instrument along with attested PEC registration license before bid opening time. Successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance guarantee and execute agreement within seven days of acceptance letter. Additional performance security shall apply where quoted rates are 5% or below estimated amount. Contractors shall conduct field quality tests at their own expense and mobilize to site within seven days after award. Payment shall be made on actual work done basis subject to fund availability and consultant clearance.
