Annual Framework Contract For Furniture Items Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contract for procurement of furniture items for financial year 2025-26 including supply through EPADS from well reputed authorized firms distributors dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Procurement shall be conducted under single stage two envelope procedure according to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must include rates inclusive of GST and PST and remain valid till 30-06-2026. Bid security amounting to 5% of estimated amount shall be deposited in original one day before bid submission deadline in favor of Senior Civil Judge Sheikhupura and successful bidder shall deposit 10% performance guarantee. Minimum one year warranty free replacement service and maintenance shall be provided during warranty period. Selected supplier must deliver items within 15 days after issuance of supply order. Procuring authority reserves the right to enhance quantity and reject all bids under PPRA Rules.
