Providing And Fixing Of Solar System Tender Notice
Description
Providing and fixing of solar system at District Council Office Chakwal through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure according to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement is open to contractors registered on EPADS for year 2025-26 under MRS 1st Bi Annual 2026. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR or Pay Order from scheduled bank in favor of District Council Chakwal. Scanned copy of bid security shall be uploaded and original CDR submitted physically before deadline otherwise bids shall be treated as non responsive. Additional performance security shall apply where quoted rates are equal to or below 5% of estimated cost according to Punjab Local Government Works Rules 2017. Incomplete ambiguous unreadable unsigned unstamped or fake bids shall be rejected and fake documents may result in blacklisting. Pro Tip: Contractors submitting item wise readable bids with valid financial securities and EPADS compliance can improve qualification in solar infrastructure procurement.
