Purchase Of Furniture Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items including tables chairs benches revolving chairs and sofa sets for financial year 2025-26 through EPADS from financially sound firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Procurement shall follow single stage bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and opened in the office of Senior Civil Judge Rajanpur. Bid security amounting to 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee or Pay Order along with stamp paper shall be submitted physically before submission deadline. Successful bidder shall deposit 5% performance guarantee refundable after successful completion of tender obligations. Rates shall be inclusive of GST and PST and valid till 30-06-2026. Procuring authority reserves the right to reject all bids according to prevailing rules and regulations.
