Off Grid Hybrid Solarization Of Courts Tender Notice
Description
Off grid hybrid solarization of courts and allied offices at Hafizabad and Sub Division Pindi Bhattian through E-Tendering system under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement is open to contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and registered on EPADS. Contractors shall upload scanned copies of 5% Call Deposit Receipt from scheduled bank in favor of District and Sessions Judge Hafizabad and submit original CDR physically before bid opening otherwise bids shall be declared disqualified. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope bidding procedure and rates quoted shall include all applicable taxes including GST PST PRA Income Tax and Stamp Duty. Contractors must quote item wise rates against each BOQ entry and completely fill rate analysis summary and sub summary pages otherwise bids shall be treated as non responsive. Successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance guarantee within 15 days and provide minimum one year warranty with free replacement service and maintenance. Firms must attach PST Professional Tax Income Tax Sales Tax and PEC registration certificates and should not be blacklisted by PPRA or Sessions Courts Hafizabad.
