Pre-qualification of Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant for operational phase Biodiversity Action Plan of 102 MW Gulpur Hydropower Plant in District Kotli AJ&K. Consultancy services include assessment of biodiversity action plan implementation effectiveness provision of technical support and preparation of regular biodiversity assessment reports covering aquatic and terrestrial biodiversity surveys. Interested firms or joint ventures must possess minimum five years experience in biodiversity surveys and assessment reporting and must be legally eligible to operate in Pakistan or AJ&K with valid registrations including Income Tax and Sales Tax registration with FBR. Applicants are required to submit company profile proof of experience list of professional staff registration certificates and details of similar projects in hard and soft copies.
