Consultancy For Technical Losses Assessment Network Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of international consultant or consortium firm for calculation of technical losses of transmission and transformation network for FY 2024-25 or subsequent updated period under Quality and Cost Based Selection methodology through EPADS v2.0. Consultancy services include technical assessment and analysis of transmission and transformation network losses for operational efficiency improvement. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Interested bidders must submit proposals accompanied by bid security in prescribed forms including pay order bankers cheque call deposit bank guarantee demand draft or bid securing declaration. Electronic proposals must be submitted through EPADS only and manual submissions shall not be entertained.
