Renovation And Construction Works At Pdma Sites Tender Notice
Description
Renovation and construction works at various PDMA Quetta sites under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on percentage rates. Eligible bidders must possess active taxpayer status valid Balochistan Revenue Authority registration and PEC Category C-5 and above with specialized codes CE10(i) General Civil Engineering Works and EE11(vi) General Electrical Works. Bidders must provide evidence of completion of three similar assignments turnover of at least Rs. 20,731,484 in three previous years audit reports for 2023 2024 and 2025 and affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper confirming authenticity of bid information. Bid security amounting to 2 percent in form of bank guarantee or deposit at call is mandatory. Tender documents may be obtained upon payment of Rs.1000 fee. Technical and financial bids shall be opened on the same day.
