Renovation And Washroom Repair Maintenance Works Tender Notice
Description
Renovation repair and maintenance works including renovation of five washrooms and tile fixing work for room number 612 during financial year 2025-26 through EPADS under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible firms vendors and suppliers having offices in Islamabad or Rawalpindi must possess GST registration NTN and active taxpayer status with FBR. Contractors shall provide immediate repair and maintenance services including odd hour support and installation of genuine materials with warranty obligations for replaced or repaired items. Firms must submit client lists experience details equipment capabilities and affidavit confirming no blacklisting or litigation with government departments. Bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS only and manual submissions are not acceptable. Physical inspection of washrooms is permitted at Ministry of Commerce premises.
