Hiring Of Janitorial Services Annual Contract Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of janitorial services for PIAHCL Building Egerton Road Lahore under annual contract initially for one year and extendable subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection technique under Public Procurement Rules 2004 through EPADS v2.0. Eligible experienced firms and organizations registered on EPADS may participate and bids must be accompanied by bid security and tender fee in prescribed format. Electronic bidding documents containing specifications terms and conditions are available on EPADS. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS only and manual submissions shall not be entertained. Pro Tip: Facility management firms should provide complete operational capability documentation and comply with EPADS submission requirements for responsive evaluation.
