Director General South Energy Department Balochistan invites electronic bids for provision of electricity in isolated villages under PSDP project Package 1 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must possess PEC C-3 and above registration with relevant solar energy specialization codes and demonstrate completion of similar solar hybrid projects in government sector. Turnover and online verifiable evaluation reports are mandatory.
