Procurement And Installation Of Telecommunication System Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of telecommunication system for New Courts Block including supply, installation, testing and commissioning of communication infrastructure and related services for judicial facilities. E-bids are invited from well reputed and financially sound firms registered with relevant registration authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority. Bids shall be submitted electronically through e-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Estimated procurement cost is Rs. 25,874,387 with mandatory bid security of Rs. 1,293,719 in the shape of CDR, Bank Guarantee or Pay Order from a scheduled bank. Bid validity shall remain for 180 days and successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance guarantee. Bids will be received by 03-06-2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
