Procurement Of Office Chairs For Court Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of office chairs including cane office chairs and poshish office chairs made with pure wood and specified dimensions for Sessions Courts Mianwali administrative and courtroom facilities. E-bids are invited from authorized firms, distributors and suppliers registered with EPADS, Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope method under prevailing PPRA Rules 2014. Bid security equivalent to 5% of bid value is mandatory in favor of District and Sessions Judge Mianwali and successful supplier shall furnish additional 10% performance guarantee along with 0.25% stamp duty. Warranty period for supplied items must not be less than one year and defective items shall be repaired or replaced within 15 days at supplier risk and cost. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS by 15-06-2026 till 10:00 AM and opened at 11:00 AM on the same day.
