Solarization Installation For Court Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Installation of solarization systems for court facilities at District Headquarters Gujrat, Sub-Division Kharian and Sub-Division Sarai Alamgir including solar energy infrastructure and associated electrical works for judicial buildings. E-bids are invited from financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA and Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category C3 and above with relevant codes. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Total estimated costs include Rs. 21.3465 million for Gujrat, Rs. 9.1485 million for Kharian and Rs. 4.57425 million for Sarai Alamgir with mandatory 5% bid security through CDR. Rates must include all taxes and remain valid for 180 days. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS by 08-06-2026 at 09:00 AM and opened at 10:00 AM on the same day. Successful bidders must furnish 10% performance guarantee within 15 days of contract signing.
