Supply Of Lpg Metal Cylinders With Valves Tender Notice
Description
Supply of LPG metal cylinders with 45.4 kilogram capacity along with POL valve cylinders in accordance with specified terms and conditions under Single Stage Single Envelope bidding process. Sealed quotations are invited through EPADS and bidders must submit valid GST, NTN and SST registration certificates where applicable along with undertaking on non judicial stamp paper confirming non debarment from government agencies. Relevant certificates and authorization letters must also be uploaded with bids. Physical bid bond must be deposited at Procurement Department before bid opening otherwise bids shall be rejected. Quoted prices must include all taxes except GST and SST which shall be mentioned separately. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 12-06-2026 at 03:00 PM and opened at 03:30 PM on the same day. Pro Tip: LPG equipment manufacturers with certified cylinder production capability and compliant EPADS participation experience may improve bid responsiveness.
