Procurement Of Repair And Maintenance Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of repair and maintenance items for garbage containers through EPADS under single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Sealed bids are invited from reputed manufacturers firms companies and authorized distributors registered with Income Tax Department. Bidding documents are available free of cost on PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites. Technical bids shall be opened online through EPADS in presence of bidders or representatives. Original bid security in hard form shall be submitted at RWMC head office before closing date and time. Bids must be duly completed signed stamped and submitted online through EPADS portal. Procuring agency shall not be responsible for issues related to EPADS bid submission. Pro Tip: Submit both online bid documents and physical original bid security before deadline to maintain bid responsiveness.
