Operation And Maintenance Of Water Supply Schemes Tender Notice
Description
Annual operation maintenance and repair works for water supply schemes in PHE Dir Lower during year 2025-26 including electrical and mechanical works in sub divisions Timergara Samarbagh and Chakdara. Electronic bids are invited through EPAD system under single stage single envelope procedure from firms and contractors registered with PEC Provincial Enlistment Committee and KPRA having active taxpayer status. Contractors must physically submit original earnest money stamp duty additional security and tender fee in shape of call deposit before closing time. Electrical and mechanical contractors must possess workshop registered in district Dir Lower with valid electrical inspector inspection certificate and submit verification certificate before bid opening. Due to emergency nature of repairs contractors shall provide affidavit undertaking prompt repairs and three months warranty for repair works. Additional security shall apply according to KPPRA notifications. Pro Tip: Submit workshop verification certificate and affidavit regarding emergency repair commitment with bid documents to avoid non-responsive status.
