Prequalification Of Electric Vehicle Three Wheelers Tender Notice
Description
Expression of interest for prequalification of locally registered electric vehicle three wheelers original equipment manufacturers and assemblers under Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification Program Phase-II and subsequent phases. Procurement aims to accelerate electric vehicle adoption promote local manufacturing strengthen indigenous supply chains and support sustainable industrial growth in line with NEV Policy 2025-30. Scope includes distribution of electric rickshaws and loaders across Pakistan including AJK and Gilgit Baltistan under subsidy program with target of achieving 30 percent EV penetration by 2030. Eligible applicants must possess valid EDB manufacturing certificate PSQCA license and comply with EDB prequalification criteria. Submission through PPRA E-PADS 2.0 along with non refundable fee of PKR 5000 in form of pay order bank draft or demand draft is mandatory and bids will be opened on the same day in presence of bidders. Pro Tip: Submit complete manufacturing certifications and EDB compliance documents with proposal to ensure successful prequalification.
