Renewal Of Email Communication Software Licenses Tender Notice
Description
Renewal of email communication software licenses for Zimbra Network Edition through single stage two envelope procedure. Sealed bids are invited from experienced and reputed firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities of Government of Pakistan. Bidders must be registered on E-PADS to participate and bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are accessible through E-PADS. Bids are required to be submitted electronically through E-PADS only and original bid security in hard form through authorized representatives must be submitted before closing time. Bid security amounting to 5% of total quoted amount in favor of Ministry of Foreign Affairs is mandatory. Pro Tip: Submit separate sealed technical and financial proposals with original bid security before deadline to maintain bid responsiveness.
