Procurement Of Furniture Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items for financial year 2025-26 through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from authorized firms distributors dealers and suppliers registered with sales tax income tax professional tax and Punjab sales tax departments. Estimated procurement amount is PKR 7613360 with mandatory refundable bid security equal to 5% of estimated amount. Bids are required under single stage one envelope procedure and successful bidder must provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract value with one year warranty free replacement service and maintenance. Selected supplier shall deliver furniture items within 15 days after issuance of supply order. Pro Tip: Attach all tax registration certificates and ensure quoted rates remain valid till 30 June 2026.
