Procurement Of Furniture Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items for fiscal year 2025-26 including office tables computer tables sofa sets office chairs cane and poshish computer revolving chairs side book racks wooden benches and central tables through open competitive bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2022. Electronic bids are invited from firms contractors companies and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities. Single stage one envelope procedure shall apply. Electronic bids must be submitted through E-PADS before 2026-06-08 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Original 3 percent bid security in shape of CDR bank guarantee or pay order must be submitted before opening time. Successful bidder shall submit 6 percent performance guarantee. Pro Tip: Attach all mandatory tax certificates and original stamp paper with the technical proposal.
