Purchase Of Air Conditioning Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of machinery articles including 1.5 ton inverter air conditioners and 2 ton floor mounted air conditioners for newly constructed courts at District Courts Sialkot through single stage single envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Eligible firms contractors companies consultants and organizations registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax and PRA are invited to participate through EPADS. Bid security amounting to 5 percent of approved cost in shape of CDR bank guarantee pay order or bank draft is mandatory and successful bidder shall submit 10 percent performance guarantee. Electronic bids must be submitted before 2026-06-06 at 02:00 PM and will be opened at 02:30 PM on the same day. Pro Tip: Submit signed stamped proposals with non-blacklisting affidavit and complete rate analysis documents to avoid disqualification.
