Repair Services For Aviary Net System Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of repair services for aviary net system as per specifications under Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure. Electronic bids are required through EPADS and manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid security in shape of pay order demand draft unconditional bank guarantee or insurance guarantee is mandatory and original bid security must reach PSPC Purchase Department before submission deadline otherwise bids shall be rejected. Bidders are required to sign and stamp all documents and provide samples where required. Technical evaluation shall be conducted according to BOQ specifications and tender requirements. Bid security amount of PKR 23,000 is mandatory and bid validity shall remain 90 days. Bid opening shall be conducted at 11:30 AM after submission deadline. Pro Tip: Contractors should ensure complete EPADS submission compliance and timely delivery of original bid security documents.
