Precise Ac Unit Supply And Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply of precise AC unit and hiring services for replacement installation commissioning testing and training under Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure through EPADS. Scope includes replacement of old unit installation commissioning test run and operational training of precise air conditioning system as per BOQ and data sheet. Original bid security in shape of pay order demand draft or insurance guarantee with PACRA AAA or AA++ rating must reach PSPC before bid submission deadline. Mandatory site visit is required and bidder must provide ID card details two days prior to visit. Bid security amount of PKR 275,000 is mandatory and bid validity shall remain 90 days. Bid opening shall take place at 11:30 AM following submission deadline. Pro Tip: HVAC suppliers should conduct mandatory site inspection and ensure EPADS compliance along with original bid security submission.
