Supply Of Dietary Perishable Items And Lpg Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of dietary items perishable items and LPG gas for trainee messes for financial year 2026-27 through sealed bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested well reputed firms registered with Tax Department are invited to submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes within a single sealed packet. Technical proposals will be opened on specified date and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later after technical evaluation. Bid security amounting to 3 percent of estimated cost in shape of pay order or bank draft is mandatory with financial proposal while successful bidders shall deposit 5 percent performance guarantee. Quoted rates shall remain valid up to 30-06-2027. All supplied products must comply with PSQCA standards Punjab Food Authority Act 2011 Punjab Pure Food Rules 2011 and other applicable laws.
