Building Renovation And Retaining Wall Construction Tender Notice

Construction and renovation works including reconstruction of RCC retaining wall at Rescue Station Charapani Murree renovation and upgradation of buildings and provision of furniture plant and machinery for existing arts councils in Rawalpindi and Murree and maintenance and repair of Supreme Court Staff Colony Rawalpindi through PPRA E Tendering System. Engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories are eligible to participate. Bidders must upload scanned copy of 5 percent bid security in shape of CDR from scheduled bank in favor of Executive Engineer Buildings Division No 1 Rawalpindi and submit original instrument before opening of bids. Successful bidders shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of contract amount within 15 days. Item wise rates and complete DNIT BOQ details are mandatory while incomplete financial bids shall be declared non responsive. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Interested contractors should ensure valid PEC registration complete BOQ entries and timely submission of original CDR before tender opening.
