Procurement Of Information Technology Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Lot wise procurement of information technology equipment including laptops monitors printers TV screens interactive screens scanners and audio video meeting conferencing systems through single stage one envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Procurement is open to firms companies sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with EPADS and relevant tax authorities. Separate bids and bid security instruments are required for each lot while partial bidding within a lot is not permitted. Bid security in shape of call deposit receipt bank guarantee demand draft pay order or bankers cheque valid for minimum six months shall be submitted before deadline. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only and manual or courier submissions shall not be entertained. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: IT suppliers should prepare separate compliant bids for each lot with valid bid security and complete tax registration documents.
