Repair And Maintenance Of Electrical Distribution Network Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for repair and maintenance of electrical distribution network under development budget including installation and maintenance of HT and LT poles earth rods guy sets excavation conductor hard wiring transformers and related electrical infrastructure according to WAPDA specifications. Works include installation and maintenance of 50 KVA 100 KVA and 200 KVA transformers rabbit and ant conductors HT and LT lines and associated electrical equipment. Sealed tenders are invited from Pakistan Engineering Council registered contractors and firms having valid renewal for financial year 2025-26 with specialization codes CE10 EE05 and EE04 through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Bidding documents can be obtained against non-refundable fee of Rs. 20,000 during office hours up to 08-06-2026. Tenders shall be received on 09-06-2026 at 10:00 AM and opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in presence of contractors or their authorized representatives. Bid security amounting to Rs. 97,000 in shape of CDR is mandatory. Contractors shall provide affidavit declaring they are not blacklisted. All applicable taxes in Azad Kashmir shall be deducted from payments. Contractor shall be responsible for loading unloading and safe transportation of material and shall not sublet the awarded work. Procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender under PPRA rules.
