Fast Track Adoption Program For 100000 Electric Bikes Tender Notice
Description
Engineering Development Board under Ministry of Industries and Production invites Expressions of Interest from EV 2 Wheeler OEMs and assemblers for fast track deployment of 100000 electric bikes under Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification PAVE Program and NEV Policy 2025-30. Program targets rapid scale up of electric mobility through immediate utilization of available production capacity and CKD inventory. Implementation period is 90 days with 200 batches of 500 units each and subsidy of PKR 80000 per electric bike under approved framework. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and submissions are required through PPRA EPADS 2.0 with non refundable fee of Rs. 5000. EOIs must be submitted before 11-06-2026 at 04:00 PM while opening shall take place at 04:30 PM in Islamabad.
