Procurement of 600 EV scooters (2-wheelers) under NEV Policy 2025-30 Subsidy Program for sustainable transportation initiatives including supply and delivery of electric scooters by manufacturers and assemblers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on Active Taxpayers List of Federal Board of Revenue - Bids must be submitted through PPRA E-PADS 2.0 with hard copy of bid security in form of Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order equal to 2% of total bid value inclusive of taxes - Procurement method shall be Single Stage Two Envelope under PPRA Rules 2004 Clause 36(b) - Technical bids will be opened on submission date at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or authorized representatives - Pro Tip: Ensure complete compliance with technical specifications and bid security requirements before submission to avoid disqualification
