Procurement of office furniture and seating items for Civil Courts District Narowal including office tables, computer tables, C-tables for lawyers, side and book racks, litigant benches, sofa sets, revolving chairs for officers, office chairs, poshish, presiding chairs and computer chairs - E-bids invited from firms, manufacturers, distributors, dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended - Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure with 120 days bid validity - Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR and affidavit confirming non-blacklisting is mandatory - Bids to be submitted electronically on E-PADS and opened electronically at 01:30 PM in presence of authorized representatives - Performance guarantee equal to 10% of contract value required from successful bidder - Delivery of items shall be made at specified locations mentioned in bidding documents - Pro Tip: Upload all mandatory tax certificates and submit original bid security before deadline for responsive bidding
