Procurement of network and communication equipment for new building including firewall, core switches with SFP ports and modules, access switches with SFP ports and modules, wireless access point solutions with controllers, IP telephone exchange, IP telephones, touch screen IP phones, 20 KVA UPS with batteries, data cabinets with PDUs, distribution boxes and power cables - Sealed bids invited on lot-wise lump sum basis from firms, companies, sole proprietors and suppliers registered with relevant authorities and tax departments under Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 - Original bid security in shape of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order from scheduled bank required for each lot and scanned copy must be uploaded on E-PADS - Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in presence of bidder representatives - Bid validity shall remain 120 days and taxes shall be deducted as per government rules - Pro Tip: Ensure compliance with detailed technical specifications and upload all registration certificates with online bid submission
